Uniform Server 4.0-Mona et al

Sunday, February 15th, 2009

So Uniform Server 4.0-Mona was released yesterday, Thank God.  Everything seems to be going well. We’ve had great reviews…

You can read more about it at the forums: http://forum.uniformserver.com

My whiteboard plan is going ok, bought everything already, waiting on the bluetooth adapter, after that its a go. Plus i got a Kodak Zi6 HD Pocket Video Camera so i can record it plus every other craziness that i’m surrounded by.

My Vimeo account is about to go nuts! Tell YouTube to move aside, they old now. lol

I’m still waiting on my sensei for the shoot so i can revamp the site, but umm, i guess i will have to continue while waiting. Due to school, i’ve really not had time for much, but yep,

dueces!

Wiimote Interactive Whiteboard

Thursday, January 8th, 2009

Ok, this holiday has been a little busy for me. I’ve been working on Uniform Server 4.0-Mona and Flyaway World’s Official website… The site is almost done and so is 4.0-Mona… just polishing some things before school starts next week :)

I’m now using Photoshop CS4 more than before… wow, i havent opened CS3 in a while… Its so much faster and better, and tabs… too much features.

About yesterday, i stumbled across a project using the Wiimote on StubleUpon, and upon doing a little more research, this caught my ears, eyes, and attention: ;)

Anyways, i plan on setting that up on my LG 37″ LCD thats hanging on the wall. When am done, i’ll try and post pictures. The main project website is here.

Next semester is about to start! OMG, i have 18 credits, Physics II + Lab, Calculus III, Mathlab, Engineering Graphics & Design, and Statics. I need your prayers, no, seriously.

miniserver by Uniform Server

Tuesday, August 5th, 2008

So as most of you know the original name for The Uniform Server was once miniserver. Just as our SourceForge unix name says, but i guess with time, it got the name Uniform Server from the founding developers. Well, soon, we will be releasing the miniserver line under Uniform Server. They are smaller versions of The Uniform Server that allows you to run a server on any Windows OS. They are much more smaller, also mobile, and have the same portability as The Uniform Server. Head of this department is Ric, aka Mike.

They will be released in bundles meaning theres more than one of them. They also have different core systems included and as time passes expect releases with other softwares such as Wordpress, Xoops, Joomla, and so on.

Currently right now, there is no release date set, but expect them within the coming week or two.

Thanks to Ric also for his work with the team and just in case you didnt know, he is the new/old member of the Uniform Server Development Team.

The New SourceForge.net

Friday, July 25th, 2008

Wow, umm, i dont know if i’m late or if they just launched this, but i remember being on the site about 2-3 weeks ago and it didnt look nothing like this. They had the other style up. Well, looks like they cleaned up, now its plainly about the projects and nothing else. They moved the company related content over to the .com site and made the .net the main project site.

If you dont know wbout SourceForge.net then you probaly dont know about Open Source. Anyways, you can check the site over at http://www.sourceforge.net ;) and while you are there, be sure to check out and download Uniform Server ;) Arki-DB Platform or my first notepad, EXPAD.
