okay so neither imdb nor wikipedia helped.
guess i’ll have to watch it & figure it out. [shrugs] maybe he’s dying & his organs will save them or something, i dunno.
ha ha ha I have no clue, I hope I’m 100% wrong.

From my research i gathered that he is a suicidal IRS agent. I dont know what he does to save them, but as we call see, he falls in love for the girl.
